Delivery And Returns
All orders ship from our Florida location, please allow 1-3 days before shipping as all products are handmade.
- Standard/Ground Order Processing: Allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & all U.S. federal holidays) for processing before the order ships .
- Second/Next day order Processing: Second/Next day order processing: allow 24 hours for processing before the order ships. (excluding weekends & all U.S. federal holidays).
- US PO Box Shipping: PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses are limited to only Standard shipping method. UPS Ground or Expedited shipping methods are unavailable at this time.
- Delivery Time: Time begins calculating once the order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update from when the order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Delivery:
While this is something uncommon, the unexpected may occur and we greatly apologize! We rely on our shipping services to operate accordingly and get you your shipment in time.
Shipping delays can occur, particularly during holiday seasons, and unfortunately HALT can't take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. Please go back and check your address to verify the package is on the right course.
Once you've confirmed your address, if your order is still missing after 15 business days, don't hesitate to contact us at haltwear.com@gmail.com and we will do our best to make things right!
Returns & Exchanges:
- 30 day policy: To return your order, the product(s) must be within 30 days from the date of purchase from haltwear.com.
- Refund shipping cost: We are more than happy to refund you for the full amount, however please note that the shipping cost to send the item(s) back is not covered by us and is your full responsibility.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. This may take longer depending on your financial institution.
- Product condition: All returns must be returned undamaged including all labels and tags. Apparel must be unworn and accessories unused. The product must be in perfect saleable condition.
- Place of purchase: Products can only be returned to our website if they have been purchased through our website.
- Earrings: Unless faulty, we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
- Final sale promotion: Please keep in mind products purchased during a ‘final sale’ promotion are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
- Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have received faulty products.
Unfortunately we can not provide any returns or refunds for digital gift cards.
