Products
Our collection of waterproof jewelry is made on a waxed cord, making it the perfect collection for any adventure. Our selection of natural beads and cord means that our pieces only get better over time! We use a pull string wih a sliding knot so that one size fits all, and it is durable so you don't ever have to worry about losing your favorite pieces!
We do carry stainless steel and plated jewelry, and while these pieces are high quality and made to last, they still need a little extra love! Please follow our guide below:

We send exclusive offers to your email when you sign up to join the club! Please copy the code from your email and you will be able to paste it when you are ready to check out, under the promo/ discount code section. We also sometimes run offers on the website with no code needed, just simply add your favorite pieces to your cart and watch the deals roll in!

Gifting
Congrats! The people in your life know how to give the best gifts. Our digital gift cards are sent immediately to the email used in checkout, please check your spam folder if you can not find it! Simply enter the gift card code at checkout under the discount code or gift card section.
If you are sending a gift card, please double (triple check!) the email address you are sending the card to. Our gift cards are non-refundable, and if someone else ends up using it there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do!
Our gift cards never expire, so don't feel rushed if you can't make up your mind on your favorite pieces! Our gift cards are only available to use on our website and will not work at our pop up markets or retail locations.
We have a variety of premade gift sets ready to put a smile on that special someone's face! However, if you would like to create your own set, simply add the must have pieces to cart, then go to our gifting section of our website and add our small gifting bag or our HALT giftbox to your order. We will take it from there and neatly package your gift to have it ready when it reaches their door!
Shipping And Order
We pride ourselves in making and shipping your orders as fast as possible, and therefore we are unable to cancel or edit your order after it has been placed. If you wish to not receive this package, please deny the package when the shipping service comes to drop it off. Otherwise, you will have to pay for shipping to send the order back to us.
Our shipping partners work hard to get your package to you in a safe and quick manner, and this situation does not happen often. We greatly apologize for any trouble this may have case and we know you are excited to receive your pieces. We are not able to control shipping delays and the nature of the holiday seasons may push the delivery date back. We are unable to take any responsibility for stolen or lost packages.
Please double check the shipping address you provided to make sure the package is on its way to the right destination.

The reason for this is most likely a typo in the email address provided at checkout! Just shoot us a message at haltwear.com@gmail.com with your full name and shipping address, and we will send you over the confirmation details!
Please reach out to us at haltwear.com@gmail.com if you have a missing or incorrect item. We will ask you to provide your order number, a photo of the items sent to you, as well as the shipping label. We will be happy to help!
Returns
Returns & Exchanges:
-30 day policy: To return your order, the product(s) must be within 30 days from the date of purchase from haltwear.com.
-Refund shipping cost: We are more than happy to refund you for the full amount, however please note that the shipping cost to send the item(s) back is not covered by us and is your full responsibility.
-Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. This may take longer depending on your financial institution.
-Product condition: All returns must be returned undamaged including all labels and tags. Apparel must be unworn and accessories unused. The product must be in perfect saleable condition.
-Place of purchase: Products can only be returned to our website if they have been purchased through our website.
-Earrings: Unless faulty, we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
-Final sale promotion: Please keep in mind products purchased during a ‘final sale’ promotion are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
-Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
-Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have received faulty products.
Unfortunately we can not provide any returns or refunds for digital gift cards.
